If i'm not mistaken, which i possibly well could be, i believe that those are the CDC Agressive chin spoilers on stock GT fascias. They do look good though.

I believe you are correct, not only from looking at it, but I think I read somewhere that CDC did some of the body work, so that would confirm it. Of course, I can't remember where I saw the article.
Now, what I really wish is that I could find the brake ducts that go with that setup.
