GT500 spoiler Removal and Reattachment ?s
I put a GT500 spoiler on my car, but I need to remove it because the driver sides tape did not stick. I'm pretty sure it is because it was about 50º when I put it on. I used 70% isopropyl alcohol to clean the trunk lid before attaching.
I assume I can use the fishing line while heating it up technique to remove the wing.
What is the proper tape to use to reattach it? I purchased some 3M Automotive molding tape, but I'm not sure if that is the correct tape to use.
Thanks in advance.

These tapes offer more robust performance to a wide variety of automotive substrates. Typical applications include body side moldings, claddings, rock panel trim, wheel flares, bumper trim and other exterior and interior automotive trim components.
