What should I do next apperance wise

you've modded it a little... and now it looks like many, many other lightly personalized Mustangs.
Take it back to stock to have a truly unique car!
Or yes, if you got money to burn, then do the bigger wheels and suspension, like everybody else!
*Said only halfway tongue in cheek*
I would personally recommend you look at classic Mustangs to see what type of look you want. Mach 1, Boss, custom, etc.

The only problem with painting your chin spoiler and lowering it is I guarantee you, you're going to scrape the $hit out of it one day in a parking lot. Your heart will wrench when you do so.
It would look cool, but I think you're just setting yourself up for a cringe when you do scrape it up.
I'd put a Roush hood scoop on it to give it a more aggressive look. I did this with mine and this simple appearance upgrade alone has people turning their heads left and right. I get compliments daily on it. Roush quarter window louvers, head light splitters, and racing stripes to create an aggressive racing look.
But that's just me and maybe that's not what you're looking for.
I'd spend time looking at photos of other people's rides. Note what really POPS to you and makes you think "damn, I gotta have that", and what doesn't. Then get it
