Yes, you can just stick them on. They'll be raised slightly from the wheels surface. Otherwise, if you have access to a sander, you could sand them down 1/8" or so to make them flush.

I plan on buying these for my FR500s, I've just been lazy.

Thank you everyone for all of the info.

I found the guy who had these wheels and center caps. He told me how he did his. There is a good amount of money involved, so it will be a while before I do it. In the mean time I may get distracted by some other thing I would rather do.

I still really like the look, and will keep it in mind. If anyone has any thoughts or ideas about them, let me know.
