I have a Mineral Grey GT and am looking at either 17x9 Bullit wheels or the Konig Beyonds in a 17x8 and cant make up my mind. I love both wheels, what do you guys think will look better with the grey?

I say the Beyonds for the sake of originality. Bullitt's look good but the Konig's look great AND won't look just like the stock wheels

You know what I think (see sig).

If you go with 17" the offset will not be enough to show the lip of the wheel. Consider going with 18" with a +45 offset so the lip will be distinct.

The Konig Beyonds, the finish is excellent.I ran a set of 18" for a while and really like slight dish the wheel has.The offset was 35mm.The Konig Beyonds come is two different offsets for a 17"...30 and 40mm offsets.Check out Discount Tires website(scroll up to about page 9).
