It is possible but you want to very careful the use of a dust collector should be enough, you want to use diamond tools, if possible where a mask or respirator as well, the last thing you would wanna do is breath in the dust as it is worse than coal. And since you are cutting I reccomend the wet hood for safety as well as cost effectivness.

As of now we just making OEM style hoods but we are looking into both Cowl hoods and Heat Extraction hoods because of interest in them. The hood in the very first post is actually one of the examples we have of the Wet hood.

Also concerning style we offer custom one off pieces for anyone that would be interested which would include design fee and a mould fee, design is done under your guidance or sample drawing of your idea. For these one off designs we will not reproduce them unless you give us permission to. Also mould fee is removed if more than one order.

In the near future we will also offer custom body kits services.

If you think you have a interested group and are interested in a group buy we will be glad to give you a good deal.

Hopefully we can start selling and get a few samples on the road as soon as we get approved for sponsorship, this is the forum I started with and want to give you guys a chance to get the hoods first.

I HATE the look of carbon fiber for the outside of our cars.
I'm sorry.

That's just my opinion though and the world is full of different tastes.
