I have the bullitts that come with the pony package, and I was thinking about having them powder coated black or the black chrome cause I can get them done pretty cheap..
bad idea or no?

Well, it's still the appearance section.

Powder coating is nice, but if you want black- why not just buy black Bullitt wheels? However, using a custom color seems more worth the price ($50 per wheel the last time I checked). Of course, this depends on the color of your car.

powder coating them would be cheaper than buying a whole new set of rims, so if its not damaging in some way id just rather do that
