Well, if your lazy like me, you hate the long throw of the S197 shifter. I've been wanting to do this for a while but wouldn't pay what UPR charges for the arm. I found one at the races this past weekend so here it is :metal: After driving around town with it I love it. It has a great balance, you feel a lot more control over the shifter itself - probably because of the leverage aspect. The ball is also extremely comfy, the only downside is it gets pretty warm in the sun!

Not my taste but if you like it cool, its deff different. Cant really use your front cupholder any more, although i never use mine becuase if theres anything in the front i have change my arm postion when i shift. My phones always in front one any way.

When it comes to my interior I take a function over form approach especially on my shifter. Its comfortable and is a hell of a lot easier swapping gears aggressively, so I dig it!

To solve the hanging so low issue, I think I'll drop the shifter down a few inches and cut/weld it a few degrees higher. Should fix that no problem, I like to keep my phone there as well!
