Default My mustang got a makeover!

I had a week vacation from work, and during that time my car went from the image in my avatar to the car below. Sorry, the pics are from my phone, but you can get the idea.

I removed the old stripes myself. Applied the new ones with the silver outline myself, and painted the stock wheels. It was a ton of fun and I'm very glad I did, and I'm very satisfied with the result. You can't see it, but I also added a SHR Rear Honeycomb Panel. Looks like a totally different, and feels likes one too with my new subs in the trunk facing the rear seat.

I love my car!

Kudos for the DIY! Always more rewarding. I suggest changing out your chrome grill with the black billett one......would compliment the black sooooo much better!

Looks good! I was thinking about painting my stockers before winter the same color scheme.

Thanks for all the compliments so far.

I posted a thread the other day ISO black billet grilles as a matter of fact! I want the look, but I don't want to lose the fogs, so I want to relocate the fogs to be behind the grille. I know there was a thread on this forum a while back of a silver gt that did that but I haven't had any luck finding it. I even thought of leaving the grille as I have it now and painting the pony emblem a glossy black to change it up, but I'm not sure, and I'm not in a dire hurry to do so at the moment.

But if I do switch the grille out, I'll need the lower one to match, and I've only found a couple of lower black grilles, and I want the spacing to be consistent between the upper and lower sections.
