hey everyone,
i am going to purschase a set of SHR window louvers soon. Originally i was going to get them in redfire to match my car. Now i have been considering getting them in black since i have black stripes and dark tint. Just want to get as many opinios as possible before i pull the trigger

I think black would go well.

I think either would look good, but I'd probably do redfire if it was me. Once you decide and put them on post up some pics.

redfire is a safe choice. black is different but risky. dont get them painted and see how they look flat black to help u decide.

I don't understand the point of the black option, unless you had a black car. Your fancy new louvers won't look much different than what you have now, if you went black. They'll just blend in as a tinted window, much like you have now.

I think the whole point of the louvers in the first place is to complete the appearance of the basic fastback body line.

FWIW, I have the SHR louvers in my car's body color, and I love it.

Well i want the shr louvers because they look the best imo. At the same time i like the way the tinted quarter windows look. so i was thinking that the black tinted louvers would be a good option in order to have the best of both worlds

Id say redfire, i saw a fellow RF stang at school yesterday with black side and rear louvers and it looked a little strange.
