I ripped out all the cheap plastic split loom and replaced it, as well as my fuel rails and swapped plenum covers since the fuel line connecting the rails wouldn't clear my old one. I still have some critiquing to do but it'll do for now! I'll have my valve covers back from the powdercoater next week and will be swapping my TB for one of the FRPP 62mm units.

Looksalot cleaner,nice job!

Thanks man! I'm still debating myself on which cover I like more, but once the valve covers go on I think I'll be happier with this set up!

WOW, cleaned it up alot...looks good....

Thanks man appreciate it!

What color you going with for the valve covers?
|
Its a silver crinkle/hammertone base with a candy blue top. We use it for our displays at work, I think its going to pop!

Looks 100x better. What kind of shield did you use? Is it the split stuff that opens like a taco then closes back on itself? (not sure how to describe it)
I like the cover in the first pic. The stock one is lame. |
I would have to do a lot of work to that first metal one as its cast. I don't want to cut up a good piece, I'm going to fit a Saleen lid to the car or try to anyways.
It is split down one side, it was time consuming but every time I pop the good it looks better and better! |
