rear window tint

I went with 35% up front and 15% on the quarters and rear. I have no problem seeing out the back at night and it greatly reduces headlight glare. IMHO the 15% on the back looks better then the 5%, you can still see through it a little bit (shadows) but it doesn't give the completely blacked out limo look.

I bought two blind spot mirrors for my Mustang and it really does help see what's in the other lane. I recommend all vehicles get these inexpensive life savers unless you have a truck that comes with them.

I got 35% in the front and 20% in the back. It helps greatly with interior temperature, especially since I have black leather. Looking out the back is darker, but not that bad. Limo tint (5%) would be very dark. If you go to your local tint shop they should have examples of each.

I went with 35% all the way around mainly because that's what's legal in Alabama. I like it because you can still see out at night with no problem.

I just had 5% in the rear/rear quarter windows and 20% on the side windows put on. This car is not my daily driver, but I had this same combo on my old Mustang which was a daily driver... and yeah you are pretty much blind when trying to back up (looking in the rear view mirror) at night with no lights in the area... but putting the windows down and using the side mirrors works fine. I love driving during the day and even at night with the 5% in the back... absolutely no glare whatsoever.
Here's a pic I quick snapped the other day after a wash.

I use my side mirrors all the time, just past habbit I guess, but its nice to have the rear veiw as a reference. I am glad I didn't go darker than 20 on the rear. I think it cuts more than enough glare for me.
My thing is backing up at night in areas without any exterior lighting, which I do quite often. Its always nice to be able to take a glance directly behind you without worrying. My preference is stay above 15-20 on the rear window.

I just got my rear window and the ¼ windows done today. I think they used 35%....whatever the darkest legal limit is in my state. Cops around here don't mind giving you a ticket even for tinted license plates.
I've got to put Moleskin on the driver and passenger windows before I can get those tinted.
