HID Lights

Does anybody know if 8000k HID lights are legal in New York?

So if I want new headlights which are white instead of this dull yellow I get now, how can I go about that?

Silverstar bulbs (direct replacement) will give you a slightly brighter and whiter beam. I have them and have had no problems with frying the wiring.

i dont think silverstars come in H13...you could pay almost a grand for the legit oem hid from steeda or saleen...OR just get the illegal kind because chances are youll never get pulled over for something so stupid...id say your more likely to get pulled over for tint.
