Do you have a pic with those lights lighting up the road in front of you? trying to get an idea of just how far down the road they shine through. One of the main reasons I only want them for the FOGs is that I can just shut them off and back on whenever.

On a side note.. I have been jipped! I took a look at my so called "HID" fog light bulbs from Ebay.. low and behold, they are nothing more then the stockers with some blue reflective crap on the core! Oh well, they were only $30.. what did I really expect?

Gonna get a pair of real HIDs soon.... these bulbs aren't that bad, but if I buy "HID", I expect HID...

I don't have pic of lights down road but i can drive with fogs on and parking lights on at night. and see, with both on better than brights, i find i have better vision w/ regular than brights. i have no issues seeing 300 to 400 ft down road.

Does anyone know where I can purchase and or order HID fog lights/conversion kit that match the HID headlights on my 2008 GT? I'm having the hardest time with this, the dealership doesnt have a clue and I even went to this custom car shop and the guy was like unless I change out all 4 lights(pricey)...I would have a difficult time trying to find HID fog lights that match the stock HID headlights. The fog lights that come stock are sorta dull and looks kinda wack when all 4 lights are on, I wonder why Ford just didnt install HID fog lights to match the HID headlights......

Ask and ye shall receive. This pic was taken in low light, so you can only get a base sense of how far they reach. The 55w HIDs are IMPRESSIVE, and they reach about 1.5-2x as far as any other BMW/Benz/Audi HID's do.

the brighter the better, i think people are over HID's(not like say 3-4 years ago) i haven't heard of anyone getting the front end of their car smashed because of lights they had. If so be the case this is why i pay for insurance on my car, of some idiot is going to track me down and smash my lights then all the better ill get a nice shiny new set in there

just my opinion.

Thanks.
