I love the Cowl hoods (not so much that one) - I guess it comes down to personal taste. I can remember all the fox bodies running round with cowl's and to me that was just it. I kind of like to go against the grain a bit and follow my own likings vs others. gt500 looks great don't get me wrong, but I see so damn many of them.
I also agree with sticking with your original hood, the lines on that one are just off and it looks like a cheap hood IMO, find a better cowl.

I like the old one. The rise on the new one is to narrow, looks goofy.

Stick with the old one. I've never really been a fan of cowl hoods on the S197s.

Stay with the old, IMO cowl hoods do not look good on s197.

That's just too high and wide for my taste. And I believe it would hinder your view somewhat. I like your old hood. It flows much better.
