I do know what you mean about the GT guys posing as a Shelby. I saw a black GT the other day with the snake emblem on the side and front.....but he still had the GT medallion on the trunk! What a loser!

Another good choice is the Ford Racing banner. Generic enough that it shouldn't ruffle too many feathers; but a nice bold banner that goes with the car.
The one from Ford is block letters.
I prefer the one shown here #4 and #7 on the left side. These are available from other sources and in different sizes if you look around.

I kind of like it... it goes with the tinted windows and is black. Allows me to go incognito - not that anyone would give a rip if the knew who was in the car! I am seriously thinking about a Ford Racing banner for the outside to go with the Ford Racing wheel centers.

wow i like your idea the best that is what i am going to do, except instead or the ford oval and then the word racing i am wondering if there is something that just says "FORD RACING" and now thinking about it with your solid stipe and then with the Ford racing banner it will POP more... haha so your strip is a good idea
