RotorPros rotors or Baer Decelarotors?
#22
okay thanks pascal....
quick question though before i buy this....
im not sure if ill be keeping these rotors or not because i am suspicious that one of them may be warped....
here are the symptoms:
*car drives straight but when brakes are applies lightly, cars pulls to the right a bit...
*when applying brakes lightly, i can feel a rythmic vibration in the pedal like the pedal kinda pushes against my foot about the same spot on the rotor as it rotates...
*car if fine accelerating but when i get to about between 60-65 mph, my steering wheels is vibrating somewhat violently
my alignment IS off just a hair, the top of the front wheels are towed in just a bit but i havent done that yet until i see what i want to do about my rotors so i can do all of it at one time....
please let me know what u think this is...

If one wheel is tilted more than the other, that could be your pull, but I'm tempted to say that one (or both) rotor is bent. It could also be your pads, the stock ones really suck, especially the rear ones. Pure junk!
+1 for the hawk pads...
Lastly, those aftermarket rotors are cheap for a reason.
I don't think they improve braking, they're made for looks IMO.

Mike, this is what you need.
Brush it on, put 2 coats.
Comes in black or gray...
Been using this stuff for years and it's the best for rust. Wire brush the best you can first and apply it directly to surface rust, it will saturates it.

2 advices though: Don't let any on your skin cause it stains real bad and when it's dry, it will NOT come off your fingers.
It has a short shelf life once open, keep the lid on it as much as you can.
Pour what you need in a small container first.

I love my DecelaRotors.
When I painted my calipers black, I used some of the left-over paint for the rotor hubs. It looks good and disguises/diminishes any potential rust.
Granted I don't live in the wettest of areas.....
