If so, I'd go with a set of new take off and shoot them GB.

I'm gonna go price out the side skirts today to see what a new set cost, if they are as cheap as the GT500 lower valance was I might have to get them and let you paint them up. Since I have the Roush side splitters IMO I think they will good painted. If it doesn't look good their is always e-Bay...

I am having a guy that I know painy my new GT500 bumper as we speak. He said it should be a problem as long as its smooth with all the plastic piece are. I might have him do more after I see what happens with this one.

the GT500 rear valance is not smooth. It is textured just like the factory GT piece and the side skirts

It felt smooth, you sure? All my piece feel smooth actually. And this guy said he wouldnt have painted it if it wasnt smooth.

Do you have any pics of the side splitters installed? I've thought about getting them. I've googled lots of pics of them on the 427R but I'd like to see them on a stock GT with wheels like we both have.

Dude, take some pictures of your car and do a photochop to see how it would look painted. I wouldn't spend the money and effort on something unless I was really sure I would like it.

Painted will definitely look better IMO. They will get beat up but look better
