What's the width? The 18 x 8.5 can take 255's safely. But you'll need to check the specs on the tires you want. Although most tire manufacturers recommend no wider than 255's on an 8.5" wide wheel. Check the casting markings on the inside of the wheel.

Ditto with Nuke's post.

I have 255 on an 8 inch rim and 285 on a 9 inch rim. Fits and looks great too. I followed tireracks.com advice where I purchased my wheels and tires.

Anyone know what the stock width is on my car? I have the 17" aluminum's with 235/55's on them. I want to switch to 17" bullitts but keep my Pirelli's.

Thanks!I found these:

http://www.americanmuscle.com/17x8-bullitt-black.html

but I thought the 94-04 had a different config or something from the 05+ how do they have these listed as both? Is it because 05+ will fit a 94-04 (but not vice versa) and these wheels are actually designed for my car?
