I have the same Roush front that I bought from a guy in Florida, and when i picked it up, it had the same thing. I couldnt believe the screws did that either, but Im just gonna leave it alone till later when i have some extra cash cus its not too noticeable unless ur right up on it.

that's rough guys. Personally i'm really **** about my car and can't stand knowing it's there so that would kill me. My bumper is really bad right now and i don't even want people to see my car >.<
