New Mod on it's way!!

Haha thanks and no prob. You can check your tire manufacturer's website and look at the rev per mile vs your old ones. Mine are close enough that it would not make too big of a difference so I'm not going to bother. Maybe something to start off with, but assuming you went up from 17-18, you'll probably be off a lil more.

Ok, here it is! Mustang 2, Me 0.
I ended up asking my dad for help. Couldn't find the exact spot and didn't want to jack the car in the wrong spot. I remember reading about a guy's floor pan being loose, and probably he jacked it in the wrong spot.. Anyways, was a bit of learning experience watching someone do it.
Love these new tires and rims!!
Can feel a little slow down but it sure makes everything feel so much steadier. Also the rear doesn't get as squirley with the extra grip.
The rear definitely gets that 4x4 look though, at least more of it. Will considering lowering the rear.

Throwing my two cents, the guy tunes mine said revs are going to change w/ differ. size, whether slight or a lot, if like me going from 19's to 18's you need to make that computer change because it can affect ABS as well, as far as revs, don't think there is a rev setting, you going from 18's to another 18, but differ. tire, no change, a 18 is a 18, you are stuck w/ the current revs.

you are basically saying a 285/40r18 has the same diameter as a 285/60r18 lets say...they are both 18s right so they will both travel the same distance in one full rotation right?
you change from 16's to 20's and it wouldnt matter. The tire size will dictate everything. If your diameter comes out to 27.1-27.3ish its the same size that comes stock on the car. you get something that is half inch difference and then you need to change the setting probably. some do some dont.

first off, 285/60 is way too much tire, yeah ole school side walls, you buy a 18x10 wheel now days they recommend a 275/40, you go from a 245/45/19 to that size you should update that computer, I did not say revs are same I said there is not a rev setting, and a 18 " is a 18" so if going from 19 to 18 or 18 to20's change, even if revs same change , why did you pay $500 for a hand held, use it when you change stuff. it MAY affect ABS
