I have literally never heard of a tint shop that honors their product to the point where they will replace it if you are legally obligated to take it off..
In my experience, you'd be lucky to find a place that will tint darker than state limit (which is northern states is pretty harsh)..
Definitely get the moleskin, worth the investment!

Regardless, I appreciate all of the suggestions very much. I will get into contact with some of those shops.
