Default Someone backed into my front end... possible GT500 conversion questions...

First off, the other day someone backed in to me. Broke the bottom grill, cut the bumper under the head light, took off paint, and made a bubble at the point of impact. Took it to my body shop and got quoted at $924 for repairs. The guy that hit me was from out of state. They want pictures of the damage, but its very hard to photograph.

If their insurance approves the repairs, I want to do a GT500 conversion. I have a Cervinis Ram Air hood. Is this compatible with the conversion? Will it look good? I dont want to do it if Im going to have to get another hood.

Thanks in advance for any replies.

I'd like to see a picture of what $924 worth of damage looks like on a Mustang. I hit a fire plug with the passenger side rear wheel well of my 2010 Toyota Corolla and the dealer quoted me $850. I went to the body shop that painted the black hood of my 2009 Grabber Orange GT Coupe for $200 and he quoted me $325. I told him to write it up.

He quoted it using factory Ford parts and 3 hours labor. The front bumper cover with grilles and paint.

I figured it would be more, I was going to pay the difference out of pocket if I decided to go that route.
