CS /GT stripe question

CS /GT stripe question
Greetings!
I'm a noob and I will take delivery of a 2007 CS / GT Mustang this coming Monday. The car has the satin black CS / GT side stripes.
I have a few questions:
Are the factory stripes tape stripes or are they decals? I believe that they are tape.
If they are tape, how difficult are they to remove? Same thing for decals.
I am pretty sure I want to replace the stripes with white ones AND I want to add white Lemans style stripes.
Finally, can anyone recommend a good supplier for the Lemans stripes? I have some ideas from searching here but I figured others have done the same thing and hopefully can share their experiences.
