The vendor I bought it through has in fact filed with UPS claiming total loss, and they already have another hood in the shipping channel. So everything should be good, just crossing my fingers that the replacement arrives in good condition.

That is an EXCELLENT vendor to take the hassle out of your hands.

The hood I ordered arrived good from Cervinis.

Should go into the shop next week IF the replacement GT/CS rear bumper arrives in good condition.

I've got a question for you Pascal, my car is Dk Candy Apple Red (JV code) and I'd like stripes, I was thinking something like a black cherry metallic or burgundy metallic color, something a bit more subtle than white or black stripes, but not a ghost stripe, do you think that will look good, any specific color recommendation? Would a mix of the dark Candy Apple Red and a black metallic be the best way to get there?

Don't mix stuff by feel...
Get a Ford color preferably, so you'll have a code and thus, always be able to match it.
If Ford doesn't have anything that you like, go to another brand but make sure to get a paint code.

I think it'd look OK with a darker shade like burgundy.
I'd do a SS stripe though, but that's me.
