Looks like a ram-air dam similar to Agent 47's headlight delete (http://www.agentfortyseven.com/S197/ramair.html). My guess is the turns aren't actually relocated anywhere.

They don't have the stock lenses, they instead substitute in some high-impact plastic lenses that surrounds the light itself

I had a local body shop do mine although they do still retain the lenses cover.

It looks like there's a small amber bulb directly under the headlight bulb. Could that possibly be it, or no?
