not trying to hijack your thread but does anybody have pictures of the shaker scoop mounted to the hood. Thought about that very solution, also wondering if edelbrock supercharger looks like the most clearance, or just spring for the super shaker. What kind of break on the install from brenspeed if you already have the shaker and sct progammer?

How is that possible? The hole in the hood is bigger than the shaker scoop.

So not true... depends on the year just like with all problems. 07+ don't have nearly the problems of 05/06

exactly what i was thinking. unless he got a whole new hood to mount it on maybe? that sounds really complicated though..

I'll see if I can get a pic, basically made a mounting plate that sits under the scoop and attaches to the hood.
