Guys,
I was looking for some input on what you guys think of Mustangs that have mismatched parts, for example....I have a 05 GT...with GT500 wheels, but I am looking to get a Roush rear spoiler. Do you think that this will look ok with this combo, or do you think I should get a GT500 spoiler? I know its my car, but I don't want to be "that guy"...hahaha.

People do it here all the time, including myself. I have cervini parts, street scene parts, SVT wheels.....

yeah, you aren't trying to build a replica. Your are trying to build a Mustang that you like. I personally would rather see multiple parts and call it your customized Mustang.. than to build a "100% identical look-a-alike. Especially with fake badges.

But even then, it is your car. Do what ever you want.

mismatched parts? Hell my whole car is made up of so many parts from different manufactures that I can't even name them all. "Take the best parts from the kit/manufactures you like and make them all look like they belong together"

I haz Roush body parts with FR500 wheels. It's all about putting parts together to what you like best. Modding is about creativity!
