Your right. So when you pay for it, you should have a reasonable expectation that someone who knows what they are doing (or is smart enough to read directions) will be performing the labor. Otherwise they should not accept the job.

I think they just don't want to turn down a job. The body shop that repaired my stang had no experience with mustangs. Which was a horrible mistake. The repair work came out ok, but the process was a nightmare. They agreed to put on the Roush front fascias. When the job was done, they told me it was the hardest thing ever to put on. They even put the vent covers on wrong LOL. According to people who've done it in their own drive way.. it was easy.

I remember following that thread. I felt bad for you.
