I vote for #2. The first option is too cramped, and the third option looks very out of place being low.

Someone else on here did the same thing, but his emblem has the V more upright and the 8 wrapped inside it more. Looked more like the classic Ford V8 symbol. He centered his and it looked alot better IMHO.

I understand why you chose the one did. Your V looks the same as the original 289, 302 badges. But for pure aesthetics, the other looks better.
