RPI Designs Chin Warranty?

Do you guys know what their three year warranty covers? I was headed down State Highway 121 and the mounting hardware failed, I suppose. F**king obliterated my chin spoiler. Is mounting hardware covered?

how did it fail? I believe the warranty is on the paint though, not the cdc part. best bet would be to give them a call
