Well, I don't have my C/S bumper on yet, but there was rubbing on my V6 bumper, so I'm assuming its the same deal. All I did was remove one bolt on top of the pillar, and pushed it towards the windshield, and its fine.

Once I get my C/S bumper on, I'll do the same, except drill a new hole for that bolt with the pillar pushed back. It really isn't a big deal

Actually, oddly enough, no sarcasm intended - was just saying good to hear it all worked out for you in a manner that YOU wanted it to (I was just saying for myself, any gaps would make me twitch).
