Are Black Angel Eye LED Projector Headlights legal?

Are Black Angel Eye LED Projector Headlights legal?

Saw these Black Angel Eye LED Projector Headlights at americanmuscle.com. They look pretty nice. Does anyone know if they're DOT legal? Also, any idea if they're an improvement over the stock headlights?

Were they better then the stock headlights?

What do you mean by "better", brightness??? I think they look a lot better.

I don't know if they are better but I never felt like they were lacking. The only tip I would give you is to seal them very well, get **** about it. I didnt and whenever I washed my car they fogged up a lil.
