need help deciding on tinting lights
i know this has been done a few times but im debating on tinting my lights and turn signals.
here is a picture of my car from the side, for some reason i cannot attach a picture to my post.... incase you cant see it, it is a 07 p/w c/s with the body completely stock and 2010 gt wheels.... and i am going to paint the front emblem black
http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fb...693.1125060453
should I:
a - black all around
b - just leave the lights all stock
c - just white out the turns and leave lights alone
d - black out lights and white out turns
e - black out lights and leave turns alone
f - black out tails, fogs and turns leave headlights alone

Load the picture up to an album, or to your garage, or at least use it as an avatar. You should be able to link to an album page.
Facebook wouldn't help me anyway, even if the link worked.
BTW, exactly what do you mean by "p/w"? The only times I've ever seen that abbreviation were in "car for sale" advertisements and meant that the car had power windows.

I'm with you on the headlights, akiba.
But I guess you've never had a car turn directly across your path and not seen that his directional signal actually was blinking until there was barely enough room left for both of you to swerve off your intended paths and stop. Or had to deal with tiny, dim old-time brake lights that weren't a whole lot brighter than the tail lights (think dimmer than the lights that bicyclists are wearing).
I have.
Tinted lights are OK for a trailered show car, but they are a poor idea for anything that gets driven on the street.
Not necessarily aimed at you personally, but the denser the traffic, the more often you're going to run into the situation where your intentions will not be seen (even though you absolutely know that you signalled). Sooner or later . . . poo will happen. Insurance companies will take a really dim view upon hearing evidence that signal light output had been intentionally reduced. Pun sort of intended.
