I recently purchased a radio delete plate to replace the factory stereo head unit. There are four 7mm flanged hex head screws that secure the head unit and these screws are reused to secure the delete plate.

I have been trying to find the part number for these screws to no avail. I've even located the Ford manual illustration of the stereo system as well as the instrument panel and it shows everything EXCEPT the screws.

Also, the plate came with spacers for the lower two screws that tilt the plate outwards at the proper angle to make it flush with the surrounding Lower Trim panel. Of course the factory screws are too short to be threaded through the spacers and still engage the threading where they mount. Ultimately I'll need longer versions of these screws but tough to determine thread pitch in order to get aftermarket screws.

Does anyone know the part number for the factory screws or where I can source aftermarket screws that would to the trick?

Any help with specs, part numbers etc. for these lil buggers would be greatly appreciated.

I'd try asking in the Audio/Visual section, they might have a better idea of what you'd need.

But from what I remember, those screws seemed pretty ordinary. I'd go to Lowes or a hardware store and ask

Thanks Alec! I'm so used to only looking at the 05-11 Mustang section that I didn't even know there was a dedicated audio section...Guess I need to get out more.
