Just got off the phone with stage3motorsports where I odered my shelby cs6 front bumper a few weeks ago. They informed me that shelby changed the material of the cs6 bumper from poly urthene to fiberglass. This change was made very recently and they havent even seen it put on a car yet. I am a little worried because generally fiberglass bumpers are not as good. Shelby said due to fitment problems they were having with the old bumpers that they changed materials and insure that it is high quality. Stage3 said if there are any problems with it they will take it back as they are not even sure how the quality of the product is. you guys think it will turn out ok? or should have I ordered a different bumper?

if they said they would take it back no problem, i wouldnt worry about it. I've heard good thing about Stage3 so that might just be my biased.

Stage 3 is a great company to work, I have heard in the past to be really hesitant of fiberglass bumpers but honestly I have no experience with them

I can't speak for the Shelby Bumpers, but I did buy one of their 'glass Super Snake hoods last year. About as close to flawless a part as one could wish for.
