I just bought a Roush front bumper for my 2007 V6. It came with fog lights which my car doesn't originally have so I'll need to install a fog light harness. I'm going using a grille with fogs so I'll only need to power the Roush ones. Does anyone know if the street scene harness will allow the fogs to work with the high beams? I know it's illegal but I'd like the option in case I'm driving down really dark roads.

That harness you're looking at will leave the lights on as long as the power source you hook into has power. So if you hook it into an "always on" connection they'll be on whenever the switch on the harness is on. So in short, yes.
