Default Has Meguiar's lost its mind?

This has to do with Meguiar's Ultimate Liquid Wax. I wrote to Meguiar's asking for some product information, which was furnished. They also added some comments about application and removal of the product, which I had not asked about.

The label on the bottle says to apply the wax to the entire car, and then remove it. The emails from Meguiar's say to apply the wax to one section at a time, and then remove it. They now say both methods will work fine, but that doing it section by section is better. I asked why they didn't say to apply section by section on the label. Their response was that there wasn't room to describe both methods. So why didn't they just describe the preferred method? They referred me to a video about use of the product. Nuts!

Also, the microfiber cloth included with the wax is a rather dark gray--not good for seeing if any dirt has been picked up by the cloth.

I've used Meguiars both ways and have had no issues, I tend to use the DA to apply to multiple panels, but not entire car at once.. just my preference.
