Default 2009 mustang GT/CS rims powdercoated

I have the 2009 Mustang GT/CS rims that are chrome and i want to get them powder coated because my whole car is black except the rims and before i do i was wondering if anyone had powder coated them before and if you had pics. Thanks

They're polished; not chrome, so powdercoating them should be easier. I haven't seen anyone powerdercoat them. Post pics if you do it.

If you do have chrome, the wheels in your profile pic are not chrome, but I have heard to powdercoat chrome is near impossiible and probably easier just to buy new black wheels. I have seen powdercoated in person, old work buddy had his Z28 coated, they do look nice. found this as far as a picture goes for the powdercoated

its not letting me view that pic, and i meant to say polished, had too many things goin at one time. Yalls opinion you think my rims would look pretty sick powder coated? Theres a shop here that i can get it done for $50 a wheel.

I would leave them polished and put the money toward getting the rears widened :P

But if you are going black definitely do gloss.

Yea i im goin gloss, ill be at mustang week in myrtle beach if any of yall will be there, ill hopefully have them done before then. Thanks for your thoughts and opinions.
