If any side louver would look good black it would be the SHR louvers. But any time I see black body parts it just looks unfinished. It may look good though. Photoshop would be Your best bet.

Paint match all day long, the ones I have seen black just did not look good imo.

Yes sir...balance is the key! I ain't scared of black for sure, but I think the rear spoiler in black would be a better bet. Painting the louvers grabber is a "no brainer" in my book

If you painted your roof and top of the trunk black (meaning your whole car would be two toned), I'd say black 1/4 window louvers. Since its not that way, color match.
I am one of about 3 people who don,t like quarter window louvers. They just look stuck on to me. Just my opinion. If I ever did it the SHR ones are the only way to go. Body color and they would look great on a GO mustang.
