Mayo, I measured my rims from end to end and it came out to be 19" but as I said I'm a complete idiot when it comes to things like this so I realy have no way know what size wheels/rims that I have. But I think you guys are right I am probably going to have to get new tires..

Just look at the side of one of your tires bro. It should tell you the size...like 235/55/17. That will tell us all we need to know.
And don't sweat it...we are all idiots until we learn

Thank you lol it is 235/50 VR 18. Still a little questionable on what I can get with that. I'm guessing it is limited to 18" wheels ??

Take a picture of your car from the side.
We might be able to tell you which rims you have then.

Now ur talking my language bro
If you wish to reuse your tires, you will need to go with an 18x8 or 18x8.5 inch rim. Try and keep your offset on the rims somewhere in the 35-45mm range and you will be good.
Using your tires will limit your options as most bullitt wheels for the stangs are 9 and 10", but they can be found with alittle research...something like these would work.

Hope this helps
