Transformers 3 Bumblebee Stripes on Mustang?

I have been debating for about a year now what kind of stripes to get on my car. I just actually got back from watching the new transformers movie and loved the stripes that bumblebee has! Do yall think it would look good on an s197 mustang?

I wouldn't really like it on a mustang, especially since its something thats associated with a camaro. I also think it would work better on the 2010-12 mustangs better than the 05-09 because of the hood bulge the 10+ have that would create a natural crease for the stripes where the 05-09 don't have the crease in that same spot as the camaro does.

Your car looks great the way it is right now, please don't add bumblebee stripes

I think you would have to have a cowl hood to pull it off.

edit: 1000 posts WOOT WOOT!

Exactly what kgrun and baker said: you need a hood that will give you those natural creases so that the stripes don't look like they were haphazardly slapped on... If you got a 2" or 2.5" cowl, that would allow for those natural creases that the stripes can settle against, making the whole thing just flow seamlessly.

Agree with the other guys. Cowl hood or don't do it at all.

Thanks guys. I was thinking the same, and eventually getting a crowl hood once the money comes along

Cowl*

How about one big stripe ;)
Your car was born for this imo.
Definatley agree with everyone else on the cowl if you want to go that route.

Or you could give this a go...

+1 hit it on the head!

Those stripes do look alright though!

I'm just looking for any hood/body stripe that will look good with the whole CS look I'm going for. The only one I really love is starfire's CS
