OEM HID headlights not working

OEM HID headlights not working
Just installed the oem hid headlights and when the car is off the lights work. But when I start the car they flicker and eventually turn off. Anyone know what the problem is?! Any help is much appreciated. Post quickly if you have any input guys, I need this resolved!

Man, this forum used to be awesome. No one seems to respond anymore. Still in the dark on this one. No pun intended. Mostly likely gonna have to take these ones out and put in the stickers I guess. It's just a shame, the headlamps look really nice. Ford dealership said they won't mess with anything after market. Even though it is an oem piece...

If you didn't use the Ford HID harness, you're missing a couple relays that feed the factory HID ballasts, instead of driving them off the regular headlight wiring.
