Default My fix is finally in the works!

Edited 7/25/11: This thread will be the blog on the stages of my fix. I finally got her in to Pascal's shop on Monday and it should take about two weeks to be back out on the road. I've also shelled out some of my own cash to have the vinyl along the length of the car stripped and the stripes painted on.

Pictures provided by Pascal and myself.

7/8/11: Hood is ordered from Cervini's and is en route

7/11/11: Car is in the shop

7/12/11: Hood is delivered and front bumper is painted. Front grille options are explored

7/14/11: Mock up is performed

7/15/11: Top of hood is blocked and prepped. Underneath of hood is painted

7/18/11: Bumper, fender, and hood are painted

7/20/11: Hood, bumper, and roof are striped

7/23/11: Wheel liners, front bumper cover, and grille installed. Car complete

7/24/11: Updated Photos

All in all, I'm very pleased. Pascal did some fine work and I never could have been able to do this without his help. Now it's time to beef up that rear axle.

Thanks Tanner! I think so too. I've walked around his shop and seen some of the work he has done for others, and he does a very good job. I'm sure that he'll fix my ride up nice!

Yeah, but it's not with ALLSTATE.

Actually, I filed a supplement on Monday and I'm still waiting for the Geico clowns to come by and process it.
They missed a bunch of obvious things...

That is a bit of a secret. You know, for suspense purposes haha. I'll give you a hint though: It's nothing absurd like this:

Pascal, let me know, I'd like my car back, but if Geico wants to rack up an incredible rental car charge, I'll oblige.

On a side note... the pic should not read that.

It should read... Making your Mustang look like this= A HORRIBLE idea.
I wonder if someone that had that stang made that pic for bragging purposes lol.
Sorry to knock it if anyone is offended but DAYUM.. that is NOT my cup of tea lol!
