Really bad curb rash... :/

The way they repair them is to add alloy via TIG welding and re-machine/mill them.
Then repaint/polish and out the door it goes.
When I first got involved in collision, I had a rim where a chunk was missing and I swore that they'd call me to let me know that this rim was wasted.
Nope, had it back in less than a week and I couldn't tell where the damage was, even on the inside where the tire mounts.
Everything was machined perfectly...

Tanner I think you should just stay away from fast food drive-thrus. Lol after getting hit in arbys and now Mc Ds...
I feel for ya, =( But at least now you are getting new rims or powder coating! (which IMO would look cool)

Have it repaired. There are several companies that can fully restore it. They will weld up the missing metal, machine it back to original, paint and clear it so it's like new. It probably cost around $100-$200 for a fix like that.
Here's one: http://www.awrswheelrepair.com/gallery.html
This one has a location in Dallas. I've used them before. Good stuff.: http://wheelsamerica.com/Wheels-Amer...ir-Gallery.php

I'm definitely just going to get them fixed. I am buying some leather seats tomorrow so that's where my excess Modding money is going for a little while.
And I know, Aaquib. Maybe ill just start talking the Cobalt. Lol

You can get the Ford take out leather that they replace at Shelby America for $350. It's not a terrible job to install on your seats.
newtakeoff.com has some, too. They are usually about $500.
