What size tire for 24mm offset 18x9 wheels
I have 24mm offset 18x9 black chrome saleen replicas for my s197. What size tire do you suggest for all the wheels, preferably same size all around. I was thinking 265/40-18 so it's a little bigger since the wheels are going to be pushed out more. Thanks in advance.

Are you lowered? Unless you're extremely lowered, most likely you can put whatever the widest tire is that the tire manufactures recommend for a 9. Mind you, because of the offset, even a mild width will stick out beyond the lower portion of the wheel well and you'll be sandblasting everything behind it.
I'd go with 275/40's in back (most 275's can go on a 9"; check the tire specs) and 255/45's up front.

LMAO...Nuke means that with your tires extending beyond the fender well, any debris thrown from your tires will be "sandblasting" your paint behind the tire. I would recommend a good set of mud flaps with your tire purchase.
Staggered go 255/45 front 270/40 back
Non-staggered go 275/40 all around

Yes, mayo got it right.
I have 275's all around and if I had to do it over it would be 255's up front, 275 or 285 in back (I have 9.5 wheels). The 275's up front cause some serious tramlining on roads that are truck-rutted.

I say 285s be better out back for rim protection if anything else...
I'm running 275s up front on a 8" rim and I like how the tire hang out a tad.
I have 20s wheels but the concept is the same.
I do believe that you'll have to go to a 35 profile tire instead of 40 with 285 as the 40 size might give you speedo errors...
