I really like good louvered hood vents but not those pictured in option 1 - and to me the grills look like a GM product. Go option 2.

+1. I love the cowl and want one for my car personally, but seeing your car it seems like the Saleen style fits it better IMO as well.

I agree that's why I put it as an option, but I just don't know how good duraflex is. I'd rather buy a smaller cowl like the Cervinis 2.5" or the 2" one Kaenen makes for Steeda if the quality is alot better. Essentially the hood is a cowl hood, just has vents on the sides.

Edit: Ok so I did some research, apparently to make one of the duraflex hoods fit it will take a ton of bodywork, I'd much rather pay a little more for Cervinis or Kaenen, so option 1 is out now, cowl it is lol

+1 for the cowl. It just looks 'right', imo. Picked up the steeda street hood not too long ago. Fit/finish and paint are great. heres a quick pic for ya:

Couldnt be happier, and would certainly reccomend it.

Here's a thread where you can get a good idea of what the Steeda cowl will look like with you're Saleen PJ front.
