Default Help with footwell lighting

So I have Ben looking everywhere and can't find anything on how to do this. I wanna make my footsteps have blue LEDs. Most everywhere I look talks bout installing them so they come on when u lock and unlock car. However I Wanna just have mine hooked to a toggle switch on the drivers side that controls both driver and passenger footwells so I can turn them off and on at my own will. Where can I splice into for this? Any suggestions how to do this?

Notes: first I have blue led cup holder lights as well as seat warmers. So don't want on center councle. Also spliced into most wires there alot already.
Car is a 2005 v6 mustang

You want them in your floorwells? Or on the door panel,
kindahard to tell from your post.

But anyways, mounting is a breeze.
I'd just splice into the radio HU (even if you don't want to splice into the center console, it won't hurt anything really..)

Yeah, you can do the radio HU.. I spliced my GPS into that wire. Depending on which LED kit you get, it should have a little control box where you can turn them off/on whenever.

Mine are wired to the leads going up the A pillar to the courtesy lights, they operated just the same as the courtesy lights. the footweels lightup when I open the door or when i push the overhead switch... in other words they work just like the factory lights.
