Gt 500kr hood lettering
#11
I think either one would look good.. I got a similar hood from cervinis and did the Shelby badging and I think it looks good.. Don't try going straight across as the venom hood as well as my hood have lines towards the nose that force you to angle a bit.. Just go Outward from your center line.. Measure those letters on both sides evenly from dead front center and place accordingly

PS it's your car go WHAT makes you happy with badging.. If u can live with it and enjoy then do it

Nice choice in mods. Personally I'd stay away from doing the Shelby badges. It's not worth the headache you'll get from the most of the mustang community and or the Shelby extremest. Ford lettering sounds good or create a name for your ride and label it that. I saw one stang with that hood and the word VENOM used. He liked Shelbys but didn't want to badge it a Shelby. Just an idea.
Happy modding!

Your car but again I'd stay away from the word Shelby if you don't own one.
I understand not having the money but be proud of what you have.
That in part means not trying to pose it as something it is not.
Taking styling ques from the Shelby is a great idea as many have done but
I would not pose the car as something it is not.
When we had our 06GT we LOVED the GT500 and drooled at them but we took pride in what we DID own. So we styled it but never badged it as something it was not.
We actually never thought we'd own a Shelby let alone a GT500.
5 years later we just ran into a hell of a deal on a virtually new GT500
with 3800mi. on it even though it was three years old, and the price
ended up being right as well.
Just goes to show you never know what you will get in the future.
Again nothing wrong with taking styling from the Shelby.
But if it was ME I would not pose it with the Shelby name because I think it would
kinda dishonor the fine automobile you DO have.
