IMO, don't molest a scoopless hood with a non-functional scoop. If anything, go with a CDC shaker as it looks slick and is functional (although the power gains are marginal at best). I am also a big fan of the SHR rear window louvers.

IMO, one of the best things you can do to a V6 is beef up the front end, the stock bumper just does not do it for me at all. Some members have gone with a chin spoiler for the bumper, and that looks good. I did the GT bumper swap w/ CDC Classic chin and I could not be happier.

This is my Torch '05 V6

As for the things you listed above
The grille is cool,
Buy the GT500 spoiler from here instead http://www.ebay.com/itm/PAINTED-FORD...ht_1881wt_1139 A lot of memebers have bought from the spoiler store and gave it great reviews.
Those side scoops don't seem to really fit the car very well, IMO.
And the window louvers look great.

Now those are all exterior appearance mods, and none are that expensive or that drastic of a change, so what else are you considering doing? Do you want the car to be faster? Handle better? Would you consider anything like a new hood or wheels? New front/rear bumper? What about the interior? Leather seats? Red piping? Chrome accents? Maybe just some more stylized floor mats? What about tinted windows, or headlights/tail lights?

Totally agree!!

We need pics!!!

The GT500 spoiler is a must and I love quarter window louvers and am quite partial to the Roush louvers (biased opinion). The painted mirror caps from americanmuscle are great and break up the huge side mirrors. And a cdc chin spoiler looks nice on v6s (I had one at one point) and obviously doesn't cost as much as redoing your front end completely. And billet grilles are always a great decision. I'm not a big fan of hood scoops, but to each their own.

I say to begin with... Post pics of that 67!

I was going to start restoring a 1st gen Mustang or Camaro over summer but I couldn't find a suitable body.

while i stand by my previous suggestions fyi the official name for torch red is d3 "colorado red".

another one of my personal opinions: if you are lucky enough to have a spoiler delete KEEP IT, if you have the flat v6 spoiler KEEP IT, if you have the pedestral do whatever you like.
